Organisation Structure
The IICN is a limited company registered with the Companies Registration Office, registrated company number 103630 and has charitable status with the Revenue Commission CHY Number
Governance and Management
The Council of the IICN which is elected by the membership yearly at the Annual General Meeting, directs the activities of the Institute. There are currently 18 members of the Council. Dr. Bryan Lynch is Dean, Dr. Catherine Keohane is Vice Dean, Mr. Donncha O’Brien is Secretary and Prof. Dan Healy is Treasurer.
The Institute Administrator organises the day to day management of the Institute.
